Internet Explorer 7 SP 3 Problem printing web pages

By david.slaven ·
Since XP SP3 we have major printing problems on web pages and HTML emails. We have IE7 installed with TVD 7.1 and Adobe 8.x. To date the only fix is to run the Office repair or run as administrator.
Anyone had similar problems like this resolved.

What exactly is the problem?

by ThumbsUp2 In reply to Internet Explorer 7 SP 3 ...

You didn't specify what is happening. You just said you had a problem. We can't help diagnose 'problems' without knowing the details.

Do the web pages and HTML emails print at all? Are they formatted funny? What happens if you use Print Preview from the browser?

IE7 Printing blank pages

by david.slaven In reply to What exactly is the probl ...

IE7 prints blank pages and the same user when printing HTML email no message body is printed. When HTML email is printed only the message header is printed.
I've tried registering ole32.dll but that has not worked.

Any Solutions out there

Are there any solutions out there? We have recently come across this. We are running XP SP3 with IE7. What prints is the header and footers only. Nothing from the website printed is printed. Printing works from MS Office, Adobe, and other programs.

Any help would be welcomed.
