Thanks for your help. It appears that Adobe Flash player will not run on a 64 bit system which I have. However, using Firefox has solved the problem.

I find that interesting as I run win7 64b at home and can watch youtube with no problems...

But as long as you're up and working again, it doesn't matter

<i>browser</i>. It doesn't matter if the OS is 64-bit as long as the browser is 32-bit.

So, it <i>will</i> run just fine on a 64-bit <i>system</i>. You referred to a 64-bit system, and that is what NexS is responding to.

I also put the answer in my previous post, but you found it yourself, which is good.

that there is no 64-bit Flash, so use a 32-bit browser even if you have a 64-bit OS.
