Internet Security Preferences

We are having troubles with Norton blocking some Java applets on a certain web site. We have added the web sites IP to the trusted range on personal firewall. We have also tried turning off each section of Norton – personal firewall, add blocking, etc and Until we actually disable Norton Internet security as a whole the page will not load up.

Does norton keep a cache of sites somewhere…is there a way to clear it? And how do I stop this from occuring regularily?
