I would like to discuss Inventory/Help desk software. I would like to know what your experiances are. I have attempeted to implement Blue ocean’s Track-It software and after reviewing a Demo I was very excited about implementing it. I have had nothing but trouble with it trying to collect data. I would like to know of any one elses experiance good or bad with this program or others like it. I am looking for some encouragement with this program as I have not gotten anything but promises form there Tech dept.
