Iphone black screen with charging wheel?

Lately, I’ve been having the problem on my Iphone that the screen suddenly goes black and a charging circle appears (compare bar: when the cell phone is supported by too little battery).
then everything is fine again.

I use IOS17.3 on a iphone 13

does anyone know why this happens?

I don’t have an answer/explanation but I suggest you go to the Apple internet site for help. Could be a complicated hardware issue inside the phone or a simple software update needed. Impossible for anyone here to say for certain. How long have you had this issue?

I also had this problem before the last update. About 2-3 months

Sounds like it rebooted.

But if it recovered on its own that’s probably a too low battery or time for a new battery.

My advice is to not let the battery get that low for now.

One thing you could try is updating your iOS to see if that helps.
