    iPhone Camera Roll Crash

    My brother using iPhone 7 (iOS 13)

    This is the case, He can’t perform any activity on the existing photos or videos in the device. My brother said that it must be the camera roll crash. What should I do to fix this? Can I be able to get those photos back?

      I’m not purely sure but I also face this same problem a few months ago so firstly I update the camera photos then restart the phone after that the problem has been fixed. You should try this once.

      If it could be possible then create a backup of your photos and videos and then reboot your phone.
