For the last couple weeks my iPhone 11 has been bugging. Every time I turn on the phone it starts a bunch of apps without me even touching it and when I’m typing, especially when in Google or Safari, I press a single letter and it’ll spew out a bunch of other letters on the other side of the keyboard. I restarted the phone and it helped for about a day but then came back.

      It’s either hardware or software.

To check if it’s software, reset it as told in https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/iph7a2a9399b/ios
If that doesn’t help it’s time for another phone or a visit to an Apple service center.

Is the phone in a case with a screen over the display? If so, try removing the case/screen to see if it resolves the issue.

It sounds like a possible touchscreen issue or software glitch. Try updating iOS, cleaning the screen, or doing a factory reset. If it persists, it might be a hardware issue—Apple support can help.

Could be a hardware or software issue. It doesn’t sound like a malware problem, but I would recommend doing a factory reset. Dont forget to back up your data, and if the issue persists, try returning or swapping the phone.
