Previously their evaluations revolved around automation and workflow management, but these days, organizations are beginning to think about ERP with built-in AI functionality that can facilitate demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, and intelligent decision support.

From everyone’s experience:

Are organizations actually benefiting from AI enabled ERP systems, or is it more hype than help to their businesses?

What challenges are you seeing around AI integrating with data quality, costs, or user adoption?

And for any users still tapping in traditional ERP platforms, do you see a roadmap toward AI, or is that mostly bolt-on?

Right, the Air Canada case is a perfect reminder of what happens when AI is deployed without a solid governance framework or human-in-the-loop safeguards.

AI is a tool, not a replacement for responsibility.
