  Both are ice cream but different flavors. IT”S OUR CHOICE and there is never a “winner.”

  I’d skip all that and ask or tell why you asked. Even so, there are some that dislike Microsoft or what they did with (Chrome based) Edge. It comes down to what you want.

  These are both very fast browsers. Granted, Chrome narrowly beats Edge in the Kraken and Jetstream benchmarks, but it’s not enough to recognize in day-to-day use. Microsoft Edge does have one significant performance advantage over Chrome: Memory usage. In essence, Edge uses fewer resources

  A recent update rolled out by Microsoft mentioned that they are taking edge away. I personally like Chrome, it more customizable, easy to use and most of the website and webpages are being optimized for Google Chrome. So, yeah Chrome is my favorite.

  A new report from NSS Labs has concluded that Microsoft’s Edge browser is more secure than Mozilla’s Firefox and Google’s Chrome browsers. Chrome got 82.4% against phishing and 85.8% against malware while Firefox scored 81.4% and 78.3% respectively.

  Chrome is more resource consuming as compared to Edge because it consumes resources a lot. My system always gets hanged whenever I use.

  Depends on what you want to do. Edge doesn’t have the same number of features that Chrome has such as automatic translation into different languages. You have to install or toggle a plugin for that. Speaking of plugins, Chrome has a larger selection of third-party installable plugins on their store. My only problem with Chrome is that it’s useless whenever Google is down which happens frequently. Edge has never disconnected in my case.
