Is HTTP Server API in Windows OS Maintained

Is HTTP Server API in Windows OS (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/http/http-api-start-page) still maintained. I see it supports only till SSLv3 as mentioned in the link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/http/http-server-api-features. Can it be made to work with TLS1.2. Thank You

To get a maintained version you install IIS. Or do what I would do and install a WAMP. See https://www.google.com/search?q=wamp

The answer to your question is YES. You just have to make sure that the requirements have been met and make sure to also enable the TLS 1.2 on the site servers and remote site systems.
