Is it Possible to migrate Office 365 emails to new computer?

I’m an Office 365 user and now I want to download all my Office 365 emails to my new computer. I had tried a lot to accomplish this task and tired of not having a solution. Can anyone suggest me a simple and easy way to do this? it would be a great help if someone could help me with this. Thanks in advance.

I wouldn’t be amazed when these mails are stored in the cloud, not on your computer. Then there is no need to migrate them.

Please tell more about your email server settings.

In order to do you would need the PST file from your old computer (office365) and copy it to the new computer so that your emails can be copied. Your network admin can help you with that.

If you are want to download your Office 365 account emails, then you can use the third-party software to backup them in PST format. After that, you can upload this file format to your new computer.

I have a solution for tenant to tenant migration on any Computer.

With EdbMails, you can perform Office 365 migration on any computer. Just you need to copy the metadata folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\EdbMails\MDATA_MGR) and migrate the emails to your target server.
