In the past, the program netmeeting was accessable on the Win98 OP, then was a hidden program in WinExp; at this point in time, tech republic gave me several solution to run the program which was successful in my end. Now, I wonder if it is still possible possible to run the program on the WinVista OP; it is one of the simple program with direct video conferencing that connects direct to the other party without using a third party website such as MSN, yahoo, skype, google or etc.; as to its security, I could not comment on the matter.
