      I see that it’s legal in Australia, but I nowhere can find what it is. Can you explain what a refund consultant does and in what circumstances I would need one?

      Never heard of it

      I am in the US and have never heard of it before. I can’t speak for other countries as it may differ from the US. The closest option here that I am aware of is filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. They are not a government agency.
