1. What do you mean with “social book marking”?
2. How you do define or measure the quality of a backlink?

Moreover, if digital marketing is your business, you should be able to answer the question in stead of asking for an answer. What is your own answer to the question “Is social book marking enough to get high quality backlinks?”
