Is there a fast way to deploy multiple new computers?

Hey everyone, new guy here.

I know someone out there has the answer to this but I can’t seem to find it.

Situation-
I have multiple brand new Lenovo think pads that all come with Windows 10 preinstalled on them. I’m trying to find a way to speed up the initial set up without clicking though the first time boot walk through. I also have some specific apps that need to be installed.

What I already know- and my concerns
I know there are deployment apps that can assist with this but my concern is will I still be able to use their product keys they originally came with?

My questions-
-will I lose the original product keys?
-can I set up multiple PCs at the same time?
-are there any recommended low cost or free apps that can assist?

The OS key is now digital so if you were to deploy clone copies then activation is automatic. What other keys do you need?

If these are the same make, model, etc. why not clone the drive?

There are many free clone apps so my advice is to clone it some USB SSD for speed and boot the clone software off some USB stick to clone your system to the next system and so on.
