Is there a place online that i can get a downloadable version of win 2000

I am really getting frustrated… I had this computer given to me from my friend but it had alot of junk on it so i formated my HD. well, that was a mistake, I thought that my friend would just have the installation disc and i could just borrow it and reinstall windows 2000. I ended up having to install an older version of windows, win98se but it is frustrating because it wont run half of my programs. I have the product key for windows 2000 on the side of my computer but i dont have the windows 2000 disc. Is there a way that i could find the contents of the disc online? if someone could help me out i would be grateful. thanks.
