Is there remote access via a browser?

I’m moving to cloud platforms, I want to completely abandon dextop applications and services, because I believe that the cloud is the future. And it is more convenient.

Now I am in search of a decent solution for remote access via a browser, without having to install the program on computers. But I am not sure if it is safe.

Do you have any experience using such software and which one is the most convenient and not very expensive? Chrome Remote Desktop not fit, because II have devices on Mac and Linux.

Microsoft has had Remote Desktop for decades baked into the OS but you MUST enable it and set it up.

All versions of Linux didn’t have remote desktop enabled in any form because these are a great way to burn into the default OS a glaring possible security breach.

I see Apple has their own Apple Remote Desktop but again you must enable and configure.

Why isn’t Chrome Remote Desktop a fit? It’s been free and works on Mac and Linux: See https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/1649523?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DiOS

Thanks, I’ve already found a suitable option – Getscreen remote access service, so far so good.
