is there such thing as a file management program in XP?

hi to all, I would like to inquire if there is such an easy way to manage files and folders in XP? I usually have a work folder in my home PC which i am currently updating (files and such), in return this folder is also in my office PC. Everytime i have a new file created or a downloaded file, i am tasked to update or bring the new files in my home PC to reflect the changes in that folder. I can do this manually if i am dealing with one folder only, but what about if i am dealing with multiple folders? Therefore the result is tedious and it is such a hard thing manually copying and cutting of files. Are there file management software that exists to help ease the problem. Thanks and god bless!
