Is this a problem?

I have samsung s5. My phone started to do stange things. When I try to turn my screen on sometimes it doesnt turn on and I have to press power button until the screen turns on. The screen starts flickering when I put my screens brightness to the lowest. What could be the problem?

Don’t wanna sound like scary but there’s a chance that your phone was hacked. I had similar experience in the past, the screen would start flicker at random times, apps would open and close themselves, so I immediately took the phone to a certified technician to investigate further. Later on he confirmed that someone had an access to any data available on phone… At that time I was using Android 9, now switched to iOS and so far so good

Try to reinstall the system
Or doing factory reset
I think it’s a problem of software more than hardware
