Hello everyone,
I have a Dell Latitude 3440 laptop (CPU-Z report for exact specs https://pastebin.com/WVAi5c6b), but the original RAM card is no longer available. I wish to know if this RAM right here (https://www.datamemorysystems.com/parts/samsung/m471b5273ch0-ch9/) is compatible with it. I got it from another laptop of mine.
I tried installing it but the screen will stay black and I`ll hear two beeps. Through Dell`s website I found out it means amongst other things RAM error.
Is there any way around this issue or is this RAM card just not compatible with my laptop?
Sorry if it`s a really simple question, i`m not very experienced with this type of stuff.
