ISO image Burning to USB device

Hello Fellow Technicians,

I would like your opinion on my question relating to burning a SCCM task sequence image to a USB drive.
Do you think that it would be necessary to test every single built Task Sequence USB drive or would you test random ones.
In this hypothetical scenario 50 USB devices have been built. Also would emergent behaviour have anything to do with the build process?

The software to build the USB devices would be rufus in this scenario.
