Issue with Reverse DNS Lookups

It appears that for some reason, this latest build sets a registry key by default that disables windows store, and I think it is because there is an GPP setting under the latest admx templates that works the opposite of how it should work. If you update the administrative templates to the latest ones for Windows 11 Build 22H2, you will find that there is a group policy called Disable All Apps from the Microsoft Store under Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Store. The way this policy is worded, you would think that if you left it Not Configured or Disabled, then the store apps would be enabled. However, it works the opposite. You have to enable this policy to enable the store apps.

As to bugs like that, I don’t know if any Microsoft employees read this forum so always report bugs to Microsoft.

I am sorry, I am a little confused. What are you asking exactly? There is nothing the end users have to know.

We use KeePass to store randomly generated passwords for administrative accounts, so if another admin were to come after me and need to work on something like this again, they will have the needed credentials.

Context may help.

I take the problem to be on everyday Windows. If you are running the office full of such PCs that would be good to know.

There have been issues over the years that had everyday users do very arcane procedures.

Microsoft has been a bit of a dinosaur in regards to the it just works concept.
