Issues with Website Performance for E-Commerce Site

    Locked

    by dj1125870 ·

    Hi everyone,

I’m currently experiencing performance issues with our e-commerce site, specifically with the pages that feature our products. Our site runs on a Windows server, and we’re facing some challenges that are affecting the user experience.

    Here are the main issues:
Page Load Times: Our product pages are loading slowly. Any advice on optimizing performance for better load times?
Server Configuration: Recommendations for configuring a Windows server to handle high traffic and improve site speed?
Error Handling: Tips for troubleshooting and resolving common performance-related errors on a Windows server?
Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!

      Two tips:
      1. Find another hoster that offers better performance.
      2. Make the pictures of your products smaller. Then they load faster.

How much traffic do you have (product pages shown per minute on the average)?

      Hi,

      For your issues:

Optimize images, use a CDN, and minify files for faster load times.
Upgrade server specs and consider load balancing for traffic.
Check server logs and use monitoring tools for errors.

      Hope this helps!

A slow loading time can result in higher bounce rates and lost sales. Poor mobile optimization adversely affects the user experience and reduces conversions.
Server resources can be strained and pages can be slowed down when images and code are not optimized. Customer trust and revenue can be damaged by downtime or crashes during periods of high traffic
