IT firm for IT evaluation

Hello –

Does anyone have any recommendations for firms that perform general IT reviews/evaluations for mid-sized companies?

My firm is looking to have one of these evaluations done. We don’t have any specific concerns – we just want to make sure we don’t have any significant weaknesses and that we’re following best practices.

Here are some other details that may be helpful:
– we mostly use microsoft software, but have many SaaS products as well
– company is ~100 employees with some contractors
– most of our company is currently remote, but we do have an office that some people work from

Any ideas or recommendations would be appreciated. I basically want to issue an RFP for this type of thing, but don’t even know how possible vendors are.

That really depends on where your company is located. Surely, physical contact with your IT-staff and IT-users and IT-devices is necessary to do such an assessment.
If you’re in the UK, this will be other companies than if you are in Canada.
