I’ve only read the preview

..but if the rest of the book is of that quality I would certainly consider buying it – although I’m not working in helpdesk anymore.

The only thing I wonder is; can you use it as a reference-book, ie look up answers when you need them? They say the CD has a search-function that could be useful.
But the book itself looks more to me like a read I’d have laying in the bathroom. Reading a page now and then would allow to let the stuff sink in. This could help one not having to reinvent the wheel as we all do in IT.
