That hurt. But often the truth does, some legacy employees (managers et al.) are just as bad as legacy systems.

Legacy Systems

Business units and IT are slow to address the need for replacing legacy applications mainly due to cost and the if it ain't broke don't fix it line of thinking. A company I used to work for still have Win3.1 boxes running old software because it would cost $150,000 to change the test equipment that can only talk to a win3.1 app on an ancient GPIB interface card.
