Can anyknow give me some advice on creating an IT portfolio? i have had several technical articles published and haave several accomplishments that a resume simply cant cover in detail. How should my portfolio be organized? Do i give the portfolio to the perspective employer to keep or just to look over?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
