I have been tasked with developing an IT Questionaire/Survey for all the satellite office of the dept. of education for our state. I have been unable to find much in the way of samples, archived surveys, etc… that give me any real idea of all the information i need to gather during this survey.
I do know that I need to be gathering information on Brand, laptop/desktop, monitor size, internet connection, processor speed.
Does anyone have something they have worked on in the past, or know of something that may give me a jumping off point for this project?
