I am currently employed as an IT Specialist, however, i am the only IT employee at my company. That being said, I am essentially in charge of every aspect of revoloving business around technology. WAN’s, AD, Exchange, Budgeting, Relationships, Tech support, business process design, etc., are all included in my job description.
my question is, how does that compare to other IT Specialists? I feel like i am underpaid for my services and would like to hear from other “IT Specialists” or one man IT Departments.
Sometimes it feels like I am doing the work of a VP
