    I’ve changed my email address but none of my newsletters get sent to it

    The title says it all. The people at TechRepublic seem deaf to my requests.
    Does anyone have constructive advice? Thanks

      Only a mod here and it’s the weekend so I don’t expect much to happen for a few days.

        Perhaps I should explain a bit more. I contacted their support a while ago with no outcome. I’m hampered by the fact that I can’t find the emails, and also just recently I haven’t figured out how to find a helpdesk to contact about this. I set my email to its present value at a date on or very shortly after 220321. I ended the mail forwarding via my old ISP due to its cost on 220327 and the last email I got from TechRepublic was on 220328, so the feeds via that route have ended.

      Might try unsubscribing from ALL newsletters,

      Save the changes, then close the page/tab. Reopen in a new page/tab
      and see if your profile is still unsubscribed…if it is, then choose the newsletters you wish to subscribe to, then save the changes and close the page/tab. Check your email to see if some sort of confirmation notice is sent.

        I have rtied something a bit similar, I changed my subscription mix after I changed my email address. I’ll bear in mind what you said though.

      Techrepublic for some reason will not send emails to me at the address shown in my account.

      On 3 Jan 2022 I got an email asking me to confirm my new address,which I did, but I don’t get new postings. Then the next day I got another from them saying the previous email had been sent in error.

      Can someone like a moderator please look into this and help me??
