Java in Oracle..?

Hi there,
Would any one pls help me out to run a Java Stored Proc in Oracle. Even when I tried to do a Hello World Program, I am encountered with errors. I feel some libraries are not yet configured/properly set to my schema. But I couldn’t make it out. Can any one help me?
