Jboss replaced by BeaLogic or WebSphere

By VerySoftPerson ·

Knowing that Jboss is not scalable enough , if I develop an application using Jboss as the application server, could I replace it later by BeaLogic or WebSphere without any application alteration?

Thanks in advance,

Yes provided the code is in pure java that is no app server specific calls i.e. container managed persistence and things of that sort, thats what java is supposed to achieve anyway - write once run anywhere, after recompilation though
