Job Leads

Currently I am in search of a new job and it has been a couple of years since I was in the job market. What are the best places to look?

I know the number one is networking. That’s hunky dory, but when moving to a new state, face to face networking isn’t always a huge option. And to add to this, I am looking to move from my developer/ analyst role to project management.

Are there other options? Things beyond the basics like mass job sites(indeed.com), email lists (finding the right ones!), going straight to company sites and even Craigslist?
