I was the new director of operation in a new company. My boss, the Director of the company left the company last week without even saying goodbye, I am trying to make this company work, the owner gave us a few month to have success beforeclosing the company (he owns a few companies more, one less, one more means nothing for him), I don?t want my team to be fired.

My first problem is that I came from the European community to work in this company and I have no experience with the cost of IT jobs here in the US, my question is, can anyone help me, give me a place where I can start looking pricing or so,
