Are you printing to the PDF printer, or are you using a 3rd party conversion program?

Try printing to create the pdf

by LarryD4 In reply to save procedure

Instead of opening and converting with Adobe 9, just print to the PDF printer tool. It should create an exact duplication of the sheet but in a PDF.

Try this........

by ThumbsUp2 In reply to save procedure

Instead of opening Adobe, open the workbook, set the print area and page setup for each sheet. Then, using the File -> Print button, print the entire workbook TO the Adobe PDF virtual printer. In the print setup screen, be sure to click the Advanced button on the lower left, go to the next screen and put a check mark in 'Print As Image', then click OK. Look at the print preview and make sure all is well, then click the OK to go ahead and 'print'. A window will then pop up asking you where to save the file and give it a name.

When I started typing, your reply wasn't there. It took me longer to type it up, so you beat me to the reply!
