Junk emails with sent year 3610 cannot be deleted by Mailbox Manager policy

By terminalidus ·

I created Recipient policy Exchange 2003 SP1 to delete spam from Junk E-mail folders older than 3 days.

Unfortunately junk emails with sent date in the future, like in year 3610 are just skipped? Email header contains
Date: Mon, 27 Apr 3610 04:47:43 -0300 so only constant parts are Date: and 3610 rest of it is changing, making it difficult to create Outlook rule to catch Date: and 3610 in the same line. Don't wont to risk to delete all junks that contain 3610, and besides latter it could be spam sent in year 3609?

Is there any way to modify mailbox manager recipient policy or create Outlook rule to delete those year 3610 spam?s e.g. junk with sent year newer than received year?

Here is my Junk E-mail policy:

(&amp&amp& (mailnickname=*) (| (&(objectCategory=person)(objectClass=user)(msExchHomeServerName=/o=MyOrg/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Configuration/cn=Servers/cn=MyServ)) ))))
