I think this is a good question
Problem:
Keep Just the last (by date) email from each sender
Example:
I configure several customers to send their Public IP address to my email account, each time their IP change I get that new IP address in my email account.
Some customers are Residential users , so if they connect to the internet daily , I get 30 emails from each of them each month.
I need to have just the last email they sent to me (their actual IP address).
Research:
I download some pop3 utilities that connects to their ISP’s and retrieves mail header information (sender, subject, date, etc.), letting me pick mail I don’t want to receive and deleting it from the mail server
but this is not the way I need.
I would like an automatic utility that compare the sender and date and leave the most recent email from each one.
Comments:
I use web email (rocketmail and hotmail)
I don’t use outlook or eudora or another pop3 client for donwload the emails to my PC.
(This let’s me know their IP address in any place I am)
