Key Focus Web Server & Frontpage Counter

I am trying to find a replacement webserver instead of IIS for my personal site. I have a program from Key Focus from http://www.keyfocus.net/kfws/ and the site is running, but I can not get my counters I put in using Frontpage to work. I do not see then when accessing the site. I wrote to KF and am waiting for a response, but can anyone here help me?
Thank you.
