Keyboard Issues

All of a sudden my keyboard has started bringing up the ‘my computer’ window whenever I hit e, itunes whenever I hit c, and the shift button occasionally doesn’t work. Have tried running a keyboard test and it seems that the R-Shift is also activating the number between 2 and 4 (which comes out as ‘?’ when hit) and the L-Shift is activating F2.

I have a windows keyboard. Is this simply a hardware problem or have I accidentally activated some shortcut routine?
