keyloggers and email hacking problems!

how do i stop/detect keyloggers and e-mail hacking softwares?we’re having problems here about those things,and i need a solution fast…online gamers get hacked through their e-mail accounts…ive tried keylogger killers…but the problems still persist…still cant detect them…pls do help…what’s the best “free to download” anti keylogging and anti e-mail hacking software?
