Lag spikes on laptop MSI GF63 8RC

My FPS drops from 100 to 1 in every game with low temperature and low consume.
My drivers are on the recommend version.
I tryed to change the voltage and many more things.
Porgrams like ThrottleStop does not work.
This laptop is somehow limitated from 45w to 25w… but this is not the problem.
The experience in game is very strange. Let’s see….
I used intel ExTU MSI Afterburner and ThrottleStop with no results

In CS GO is like that in moust of the games.. In brawhalla dose not happening bcs the game use the intel graphic card UHD
