      You should opt for an SSD storage option and forget about an HDD.

      It seems you can install a second SSD, possibly up to 2 TB. Better check the service manual for your model (if you can find it) or find an Acer recognised service center to do it.

      You can buy a second SSD there are a few that can be up to 2TB which should suffice, but it depends on your Acer model, so you should find that out.

      Opt for an SSD storage upgrade or if you want to go cheap get an external hard drive.
