I have a problem I cannot seem to get rid of or find an answer for.
When I open a document, or go to type into an address bar or change a file name in Windows Explorer – what normally would be a thin flashing cursor is now a large flashing square that covers 2 or more of the characters.
It doesnt prevent me from doing anything – it is just aggravating and I cannot seem to get the thin flashing line back.
Anyone have any solutions or input?
