Last Weeknumber 2004: is it 53 or 1 ?

This year (2004) week 1 starts on 27th December 2004 and the week starting on 3rd January 2005 has weeknumber 2 in Office 2000 and 2003.
According to ISO 8601, but also to Windows CE, the week starting 27th december 2004 should be week 53, the week starting 3rd January 2005 should be weeknumber 1.
I can’t find a patch for this, but at the moment planning an appointment for e.g. weeknumber 3 can mean different dates…
Does anyone know about fixing this by Microsoft (not scripting it), Bill didn’t give me a hint…
