The red light is on but the computer isn’t responsive. The light will turn on when I press the power button, but that is all it would do.
Here’s what I have tried:
Getting a new charger
Taking the battery out and putting it back in and then trying to turn it on
Taking the battery out then trying to turn it on with just the power cord
Trying to turn up the brightness
Is there anything I can do to get this laptop on?
