I suggest and install commercial software on customer computers and configure it to their needs. I am concerned that if the software has issues, bugs or crashes after I have done my work and the system has been running well for sometime (having to do not with my work but with their operating system, server, or the software itself) that I will be at risk of a lawsuit.
Does anyone have a sample liability contract that I can look at that keeps a business like mine safe?
