Hi guys,
I run a 29 player LAN Gaming Centre in the UK and I’d like to find out if it’s possible to use batch files for Steam login account management:
What I need is a batch file that looks into a pool of available accounts, (login & password) takes one from the pool, opens the Steam account with the login/password details (removes it from the pool when being used), then returns it to the pool when the steam account logs out, (batch file ends).
There are a few commercial cyber cafe programs that allow for cd key/steam account management out there, Smart Launch, Cyber Cafe Pro and TrueCafe are great examples but I’m sure the same thing could be achieved with trusty old batch files.
I’m ok writing simple batch files for saved games management/backups & restore etc but I have no idea how to implement the ‘call from a pool of info, flag it in use, then unflag it when batch finishes stuff.
Any batch gods out there? Is it at all possible?
Kindest regards
