Limit on Deleted Items folder?

Is it possible to put some kind of size or time limit on the users’ deleted items folder in Outlook? We have Exchange 5.5, and Outlook 2000. There are some people who just never bother to empty their deleted items folder, and I was wondering if there was a way to set the server to clear it out for them? I can find ways to limit by size and age for the whole mailbox, but was wondering if there was a way to limit just deleted items? Thanks.
