Limiting con-current open emails in Outlook 2003

Is there a way to limit the amount of con-current open emails in outlook 2003. I have a user that opens up to as many as 50 causing her system to practically crash. Training her is not an option.

    Thanks.

People like this exist? Uninstall Outlook and force her to use OWA next time this crashes her system.

But I’m curious, why is training not an option?

If you do limit her to say 20 or so open mail items, then won’t she complain or get frustrated when she either receives an error message or when it won’t allow her to open another one?

Why in God’s name would you have 50 emails open at one particular time? I never have more than 10 applications open at one time let alone emails.

Unfortunately, it looks as though training has to be the option, or, a stern word with the said employee. Everyone can be trained, there are just different methods for some people.

Good Luck, and let me know how you go.

      Kind regards,
