limiting shared calendar by labels

By PhoneAdmin ·
I have users who have been asked to share their outlook (exchange 2000) calendars with their boss so he knows where they're at. Many of these employees have personal items on their calendars (lets say birthdays as an example) that they don't want to share with their boss since they are not work related. Is there a way to limit what their boss can see on a shared calendar...maybe by only sharing certain labels perhaps?

Thank you.

No, but....

First, the calendar doesn't need to be shared if the Boss just wants to see their free/busy status.

Second, there is no way to limit what the Boss can see. Either he/she sees all of the details of the appointments or he/she sees just the free/busy status.

If the Boss insists on 'seeing' the Exchange calendars, the users can use the other calendar in Personal Folders (PST) to store their personal appointments.

In any case, these users all need to be reminded that their work computer does not belong to them. IF the Boss wants to see something, it's not their place to object.
